The original email

I kinda disappeared for a while...

Not sure why.

Maybe it was because I got a little burned out from what I’d been doing for the last few years.

Or maybe it was more because I picked up a few new clients and became completely obsessed with building AI systems for their businesses.

These are established business owners running complex companies. They have real problems, a lot of moving parts, and they’ll happily pay for solutions that actually work.

Honestly, it was probably a little bit of both.

I find this work extremely challenging, and I love a challenge, so the obsession has pretty much taken over.

I’ve been building and testing all day, nearly every day, and I’m shocked by what AI is capable of now.

My latest client runs a mortgage company that will do $150 million in loan volume this year.

As you can imagine, running a business like that comes with an enormous amount of responsibility and complexity.

The other day, I was in a meeting with the owner when he told the employees in the room exactly what he expects from them.

What he said stuck with me:

“If you’re waiting on me to push projects along, it’s not going to happen.”

“That’s why I hire people. I’ve been doing that my whole life.”

“I have tons of ideas, and I can cast the vision, but it’s your job to keep the projects moving.”

“I need proactive, forward thinkers who get things done.”

I loved hearing that.

Most successful people I see are great at certain things, and they hire people to do everything else.

The exciting thing for me is that AI can do the things he wants done better than most people.

Specifically, he needs:

  • Landing pages created for the training events he puts on
  • Emails written and sent to all the contacts who come in from those events
  • Marketing images and creative
  • Campaigns built and managed inside HighLevel
  • Projects that keep moving without him constantly pushing them along

I’ve seen him hire a lot of people over the years to do this, and none of them have been able to do it well.

His lowest-paid employee makes $65K per year plus benefits.

His latest marketing coordinator works a normal 40-hour week. But the role asks her to write emails that convert, master HighLevel, create strong marketing images, manage campaigns, and keep projects moving without being checked on.

To be clear, I’m not saying she’s a bad person or that she isn’t smart.

These are completely different skills, and every one of them takes real time and experience to learn.

That’s the real problem. He isn’t trying to hire one ordinary marketing coordinator. He needs a conversion copywriter, designer, HighLevel specialist, campaign manager, and proactive project manager all in one person.

That person is extremely hard to find.

Right now, an image can take a week or more and projects still need regular check-ins. And she recently gave her two weeks’ notice.

This is the second person in the marketing coordinator position I’ve seen quit since I started working with him two months ago.

You know why this excites me?

Because the AI agents I create solve this exact problem.

  • It can write amazing emails from day one
  • It can immediately do everything HighLevel offers
  • It can work whenever he wants to work
  • It can do more work in one day than any marketing coordinator he’s ever hired can do all week

My client is like me. He never shuts off the part of his brain that’s working on his business.

He loves to work on things at night and on weekends.

He can’t text his marketing coordinator at night or on the weekends.

But the AI Operator I made for him is always there.

And it’s just as happy and eager as he is to work on his business all day, every day.

He can now speak into his phone and have it create an amazing landing page, email campaign, or anything else he wants to work on.

This is one of the reasons he was able to secure a partnership with the top realtor in his city.

She does $130 million in sales, and we had all of her marketing built in two days.

This would have taken weeks, and the result wouldn’t have been anywhere near the quality of what his agent was able to create for him.

This is what we should be building for businesses. Not chatbots. An AI employee.

Or what I like to call an AI Operator.

An Operator is highly skilled for a particular mission, like a Navy SEAL or a CIA agent.

They’re called Operators.

That’s where I got the name.

This email is longer than I intended...

I guess I had a lot bottled up that I needed to share.

And this is only one type of Operator I’ve built recently.

The Financial Advisor Operator

Last week, I got to build one for a financial advisor.

It’s fully integrated into his business. It can analyze all the trades this advisor does for his 200-plus clients, manage his client data, create reports, and alert him when his process indicates that a trade needs his attention.

Now think about what it would cost to hire a person who could do all of that correctly.

They would need to be licensed to trade stocks. They would need deep financial knowledge. And they would need to learn exactly how this particular advisor thinks and operates.

That is a high six-figure specialist.

And even if he found the right person, it could take a year or more for them to become proficient enough to understand his process.

This advisor has been trading stocks for 30 years.

His AI Operator learned his process in less than one day.

Very soon, I expect it to start showing him ways to improve that process beyond what he can currently do himself.

That is the real value we’re creating.

These aren’t chatbots. They’re highly skilled specialists that would be extremely expensive to hire directly.

That’s why we can charge so much for these Operators and still save the business owner a ton of money.

Even at our prices, they’re getting the work done faster, more consistently, and often better than they could by hiring another employee.

The Facebook Ads Operator

I built another one that fully manages a client’s Facebook ad account.

  • It built their website and a landing page with a survey
  • It creates the image and video creatives
  • It writes the ad copy
  • It builds the campaigns inside Ads Manager
  • It tracks everything from click to sale
  • It tracks whether the salesperson is following up the way they’re supposed to
  • If a lead hasn’t been followed up with, it reminds the salesperson and even tells them what to say
  • Sometimes we have it reach out to the lead directly
  • It creates reports for the client and briefs me every morning on the results

It does all of this without any input from me.

I don’t ever have to log in to Ads Manager anymore.

The wild thing is, I built that one out of frustration.

I couldn’t get their ads to work anymore, so I told my Operator to do it all for me.

It went from not working to this:

Around $3K spent. More than $300K in jobs on the books. About 45 days.

And I barely do anything anymore.

Anyway, I just wanted to check in and let you know where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to.

I’m considering creating a resource that shows the four main Operators I’m using right now, so you can model them and see what the market is buying.

I’m selling these AI Operators for:

  • $15K upfront
  • $5K per month
  • A percentage of the sales they bring in

After the next deal finalizes, I’m increasing the monthly fee to $10K.

I’ve never enjoyed what I do more than I do now.

One of the biggest changes for me is the kind of messages I get from clients.

I used to get emails and texts about problems:

  • “Why aren’t the ads working?”
  • “What’s going on with this campaign?”
  • “Can you take a look at this?”

Now I get emails and texts with screenshots of something their AI Operator just said, built, or figured out for them.

They’re amazed by what it can do, and they can’t wait to show me.

It’s a completely different client experience.

And honestly, I love it.

I even let them name their own Operator, which makes it feel less like software and more like part of their team.

I need to get back to work, so I’ll stop rambling here.

Here’s What I’m Considering Next

I may create a free guide showing the four main Operators I mentioned. If I get enough interest, I’ll tell my AI to go make it.

I’ve also thought about creating a new program where my AI team and I help you create your own Operator for yourself and your clients.

If I open it, members would also get access to the same Operator I use every day, with a phone number and email address so they could text or email it whenever they need help building something.

This wouldn’t be a brand-new assistant starting from zero.

It would be like handing you an employee who has spent a long time at my side, watching me build my business, create offers, solve problems, and manage real work for actual clients.

It already knows how I think, how I build, how I sell, and how I use AI to get results for clients.

That same brain and knowledge base could help you build things for your own business and/or for your clients.

That kind of access is crazy valuable.

I’m not sure about that, though. I’d have to price it higher than my usual stuff because of the API costs on my end.

But each client I get now is worth around $70K per year, so the value this thing can provide is enormous.

To keep it simple:

  • If you only want the free guide and you’re not interested in the program, reply FREE GUIDE. I’ll make sure you’re added to the guide list.
  • If you want the free guide and details about the Operator program if I decide to open it, reply OPERATOR.

If there’s enough interest for me to open the program, my AI team and I would help you build an Operator for your own business and/or your clients. The program would also include access to the same Operator I use every day through text and email.

If I get enough interest in either one, I’ll reach out with the details when they’re ready.
